While this may not be the most durable or long-lasting solution, it can be a quick and easy fix for temporary structures or projects. To ensure post stays secure, it's important to pack the dirt tightly around the base and periodically check for any signs of shifting or instability.

Dry Set

"If you're for a quick and easy way to secure fence posts, dry setting them in the ground can be a good option. While it's not as strong as other methods, such as wet concrete pouring, it's still better than simply using dirt. 

Wet Set

When it comes to installing fence posts, using wet setting concrete is a strong and highly recommended option. This method ensures that your posts will be securely anchored in the ground, providing long-lasting stability for your fence.

Wet Stabbing

The wet concrete stabbing method is a proven technique for establishing a robust foundation for your post. This approach involves inserting the post into the wet concrete, ensuring that the concrete is not only surrounding the post but also beneath it. 1 3/8" vs 1 5/8"

 When it comes to choosing between 1 3/8" and 1 5/8" top rail for a chain link fence, there are a few factors to consider The 1 5/8" top rail is generally stronger and more durable, making it a better choice for larger fences or areas with high wind or heavy snow loads. However, the 1 3/8" top rail is more affordable and can be a good option for smaller fences or areas with less severe weather conditions. Ultimately, the choice between the two will depend on your specific needs and budget.  We highly recommend 1 5/8" for all projects.

11ga, 9ga, Coated

When it comes to chain link fencing, the gauge of the wire used can make a big difference in the overall strength and durability of the fence. 9-gauge wire is thicker and stronger than 11-gauge wire, making it a great choice for high-security applications or areas with heavy wear and tear.  Coated chain link fence offers an added layer of protection from wear and tear over time.  It also come in many different colors.  There are two common sizes of coated chain link lighter weigh 9ga (11.5ga core wire), and heavy 8ga (9ga core wire).

When selecting rails for your vinyl fencing, it is important to choose thick-walled rails that are comparable in strength to the posts. Additionally, ensure that the bottom rail has metal inserts to support the weight of the panel, and that the rails have at least one notch to secure them inside the post after installation.

Panels

11.5" or 6"

We offer two styles of panels: 11.5" wide boards and 6" boards. The 11.5" wide boards have a vertical line every 4", while the 6" boards provide a seamless look with just 6" between lines. Installation

Stabbing Set, Level Top, Screwed U-Channels, Glued on Caps

When installing a vinyl fence, it is recommended utilize the stabbing method to ensure optimal stability. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that the fence is level across the top to achieve a clean and professional appearance. To secure the u-channels to the post, it is advised to use a minimum of three screws. Finally, to prevent the caps from being displaced by wind, it is recommended to glue them down.
